Do / Don't

• Do put the single most important action in actions (Edit, Create New), not a whole toolbar — this is a page title, not a secondary nav bar.
• Do use backHref for real "return to where I came from" wayfinding (a detail page back to its list), not as a substitute for the app shell's own navigation.
• Don't duplicate the eyebrow/title pairing a level down inside the page body — this component is the one title per page; a section inside the page reaches for SectionCard instead.
