compose this rather than each hand-building a Card + header row.

- Do put a section-scoped action in
actions(Add, Configure) — it renders beside the title, not buried in the body. - Don't nest a
SectionCardinside anotherSectionCard— if a page needs that much visual hierarchy, it's a sign the page itself needs restructuring (e.g. real tabs), not deeper card nesting.
